Melbourne Airport Terminals

Your pick up instructions:

When you land at Melbourne Airport, collect your luggage and CALL (+61) 3 9335 4407 to arrange your transport shuttle service to the SG Car rental Office. You must call in order to be collected.

Where to wait:

Please select the Domestic Airport Terminal you will be arriving at for the appropriate instructions to your shuttle.

Domestic T1 (Qantas)

International Arrivals T2

Domestic T3 (Virgin)

Domestic T4 (Jetstar, Rex, Bonza)

Domestic T1 (Qantas)

Step 1:

Once you’ve collected your Luggage from the Arrivals Carousel , continue straight passing the set of escalators on your LEFT to a set of glass doors where you will EXIT the terminal.

Step 2:

Exit the terminal and Continue STRAIGHT over the pedestrian crossing and then turn RIGHT and follow the signs to the Hotel & Off Airport Buses Area.

Step 3:

Continue walking straight down, until you reach the half way mark of the Hotel & Off Airport Buses Area

Step 4:

The United Airport Parking Shuttle bus ( blue with Yellow writing) will collect you here. Thank you for choosing SG Car Rentals.

International Arrivals T2

Step 1:

Once you’ve cleared customs head STRAIGHT towards T2 departures, you’ll notice a glowing MELBOURNE sign on your RIGHT.

Step 2:

Continue STRAIGHT 200meters until you reach a VODAFONE shop

Step 3:

Continue STRAIGHT, passing Vodafone until you reach the glass door exit on your LEFT.

Step 4:

Exit the building via the glass doors on your LEFT

Step 5:

Walk to the crosswalk.

Step 6:

Cross the road to the BLUE Group Charters sign and turn to your left

Step 7:

Continue walking towards the Hotel & Off Airport Buses pickup.

Step 8:

Continue straight until you reach a brown sign that reads, Hotel & Off Airport Buses.

Step 9:

The United Airport Parking Shuttle bus (blue with yellow writing) will collect you here. Thank you for choosing SG Car Rentals.

Domestic T3 (virgin)

Step 1:

Upon arrival, follow the signs to luggage carousals #1 and #2 to collect your bags.

Step 2:

Once you’ve collected your bags turn LEFT making your way to the terminal exit.

Step 3:

Continue STRAIGHT to the glass doors behind the pillar to exit the terminal.

Step 4:

EXIT through the glass doors making your way to the crosswalk.

Step 5:

Cross the road to BLUE Group Charters sign and turn to your LEFT.

Step 6:

Walk towards the Hotel & Off Airport Buses pickup.

Step 7:

Continue straight until you reach a brown sign that reads, Hotel & Off Airport Buses.

Step 8:

The United Airport Parking Shuttle bus (blue with yellow writing) will collect you here. Thank you for choosing SG Car Rentals.

International Arrivals T2

Step 1:

Once you’ve cleared customs head STRAIGHT towards T2 departures, you’ll notice a glowing MELBOURNE sign on your RIGHT.

Step 2:

Exit the building via the glass doors on your LEFT

Step 5:

Continue walking towards the Hotel & Off Airport Buses pickup.

Step 8:

Continue straight until you reach a brown sign that reads, Hotel & Off Airport Buses.

Step 9:

Domestic T4 (Jetstar, Rex, Bonza)

Step 1:

Once you’ve collected your bags EXIT through the glass doors making your way outside.

Step 2:

Continue STRAIGHT exiting the terminal and then turning LEFT.

Step 3:

Once outside continue STRAIGHT following signs for T1, T2, T3 & Rideshare.

Step 4:

Continue STRAIGHT following signs for T1, T2, T3 & Rideshare.

Step 5:

Continue STRAIGHT following signs for T1, T2, T3 & Rideshare.

Step 6:

Continue STRAIGHT passing “SkyBus” and veering RIGHT following the footpath

Step 7:

Continue STRAIGHT passing the “T3 SkyBus” sign, following the footpath until your reach a crosswalk on your RIGHT.

Step 8:

Crossing the road make your way to the BLUE Group Charters sign on your LEFT.

Step 9:

Once you have crossed the road continue LEFT towards the Hotel & Off Airport Buses pick up area.

Step 10:

Continue STRAIGHT until you reach a brown sign that reads, Hotel & Off Airport Buses.
